You will have a private vehicle with a specialist chauffeur/ driver just for your group. In most cases this is a saloon car or a luxury mini van. If you want to take the scenic train ride in the mountains, this will also be especially reserved for you.

You will land at the Katunayake Airport situated next to a beautiful lagoon and spend the night in Negombo. Use the rest of the day to rest and get adjusted to the tropical climate. In the evening our company representative will come to you for a complementary tea to discuss the program ahead. Enjoy the drive to Jaffna, which after a 30-year civil war again open for Sri Lankans and tourists alike and offers a unique insight into the cultural mix of the island. Visit the Jaffna library, one of the first targets of the war and now symbol of reconciliation as it was restored thanks to donations from all ethnic groups in Sri Lanka. Take the boat to the island of Nagadeepa, visit the temple and a freshwater pond and if time allows, even relax on the untouched Csuarina beach and peek at India at Point Pedro.
